An Organic Breakfast is delivered to your guest room or the shared European-style outdoor patio each morning at 8:00AM. Vegetarian breakfast options are available upon request. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Policies
2-night Minimum stay required; we specialize in long-term stays
100% Smoke-Free environment. Smoking is NOT allowed; NO smoking is permitted in the guest room or on the property grounds
Infants & Toddlers are welcome, however no childcare is provided
Complimentary maid service once a week; daily trash pickup & basic tidying; towels or bed linens may be changed sooner upon request.
Deposit amount required: Manhattan Beach B&B requires 50% to hold the room, and the remainder due upon arrival; If staying for longer than 7-days, only 50% of the first week is required to hold the room
Check-in time is 3:00PM and Check-out time is 11:00AM
Breakfast is delivered to your guest suite at 8:00AM each morning.
Cancellations: Manhattan Beach B&B requires 2 weeks cancellation prior to the booking date for a full refund. One weeks notice, we will refund deposit only if we are able to rebook the room. Please contact us for "hardship" exceptions.
Use of the shared patio is restricted to these hours only: 8:00AM - 11:00PM
Manhattan Beach B&B is a Private Home. Parties are NOT permitted. Only the registered guests are permitted to be in the guest room and on the property. We reserve the right to evict guests who do not comply with our policy, guests who are not treating the guest-room and property with caution and respect, and guests who are disrupting the quiet enjoyment of the neighbors and the innkeepers.
